There are hormonal drugs for same, but any drug can be prescribed by the only doctor who has examined you or can examine you so go to such medical practitioner.

After my missed period for two months I consulted a doctor and she told me to take sysron n tablet regestrone tablet for one week and stop, so I took sysron n tablet and regestrone tablet for one week and stopped and after 5 days after I stopped taking the tablets I started bleeding so I should consider it as my periods? Is there anything related to pregnancy? Or should I consider it has my periods?

I had sex in march and then I missed my period for one month so I consulted doctor and told her that I missed my period for one month and she told me to take sysron n tablet and regestrone tablet for 1 week, I took sysron n tablet and regestrone tablet for one week and then I stopped taking the tablets and then after 5 days of stopped tablets I started bleeding. So this should be considered as my periods? Is there any thing related to pregnancy?

Normally those who are not pregnant get withdrawal bleeding after stopping such tablets.
However it is always better to rule out pregnancy with test.

Sysron NCR is not routinely used as a contraceptive pill, it contains norethisterone and is given to control bleeding and to regularize cycles. If you take it regularly for 21 days then conception will not occur while taking it.

I an 35 years old. I have been bleeding for past 2 months. regestrone 500 mg, I have taken for 20 days during the medication bleeding stopped but afterwards again heavy bleeding started then I have taken sysron n for 12 days. But as I stopped medicine for a day then again bleeding got started again. Kindly advise. Is there uterus removal only the way. Or any other?

You are only 35 yrs. Your womanhood has to be maintained for a minimum period of 15 years. Regesteron will not be given in such a heavy dose. It is to be given as a tapering dose, starting with a dose of 5 mg thrice daily, 7 dys, then 5 mg, twice daily, 7 dys, and 5 mg daily for 7 dys. There are intra uterine hormone systems like merina which is effective in dub. Hysteroscpic endometrial ablasion is very effective.

Since you are not relieved even after taking these tablets it is best to get a scan (ultrasound) done once. Also, once confirm if you are pregnant or not if you are sexually active.

Please get you basic hormonal tests done .also do a pelvic sonography. You need to find out whether you are ovulating and also your fallopian tubes should be patent.

I'm 26 years old and unmarried. My gynecologist prescribed me norethisterone (10 mg) 2 per day for endometriosis and heavy bleeding during combination pill. So i'm taking norethisterone only with iron and ccm tablet. Regestrone 10 mg started on 31 may. Today early morning 4.30 am 4 june abdominal pain, leg pain, back pain and pain in urine passing area around. 7.30 am blood spotting i'm really panic what was happening to me? I'm taking norethisterone regularly each time every day. Thanks for reading i'm waiting for your valuable answers.

Don't worry about the spotting as it is possible to have some breakthrough bleeding while on norethisterone. Pain could be due to underlying pathology of endometriosis. I would suggest an alternate progesterone in higher dose for endometriosis but need to review your reports first. For pain you could take tab meftal spas 1 tab three times a day for 2-3 days. Also get a urine routine examination done. Consider a private consultation.

One gets withdrawal bleeding after gap of 5 to 8 days after stopping Norlut-N. It is more effective if taken for more days. If does not give rise to withdrawal bleeding, tablets can be changed by doctor

I had sex in the month of may and then I missed my periods in june so after 2-3 weeks of missed period I took home pregnancy test 3 times and all 3 times result came negative and then in this month also I did not get my periods so I consulted doctor and doctor took my blood test and urine test and after seeing report she told me to take sysron n tablets and regestrone tablets for 1 week and today is 4th day after I stopped taking tablets so when will I get my periods? Still how many days should I wait?

Normally takes 3 to 8 days after stopping tablet to get withdrawal bleeding. If withdrawal bleeding does not happen then reports and change in treatment required.
