with age, usually after the age of 30, the amount of testosterone in the body declines. To find out their testosterone levels, men can opt for a blood test. In case the test shows low testosterone level and you experience the signs and symptoms for the same, don't worry. Ayurvedic aphrodisiac herbs and some simple lifestyle and dietary changes can help boost your testosterone level naturally.

It is better to perform testosterone free most of the testosterone in your blood attaches to 2 proteins: albumin and sex hormone binding globulin (shbg). Some testosterone is not attached to proteins, or free. Free testosterone and albumin-bound testosterone are also referred to as bioavailable testosterone.

My preferred mode of treatment is Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy. The approach is comprehensive and has to be done in a systematic manner. Positive lifestyle changes and nutrient supplements help. Age is an important criteria to be considered when planning treatment.
