Do not use combination creams as they have steroid in them which does not cure the fungus but gives temporary relief. Use nizral cream twice a day on the itchy areas for 4 weeks regularly. Wear light loose breathable fabric like cotton to avoid sweating and aggravation of fungus.

For tight foreskin problem can use "surfaz-sn cream" to loosen the tight foreskin. Please advice me.
Hello-
it will not help. Traditionally medicine offers conservative treatment of phimosis. It is worth noting that in recent years, medicine has made great progress in this field. So, if you looking for a permanent solution for your tight foreskin, yes it is possible with ayurveda. Surgery (circumcision) can be avoided.
