For cramping from diarrhea, medicines that have loperamide (Imodium) or bismuth subsalicylate (Kaopectate or Pepto-Bismol) might make you feel better. For other types of pain, acetaminophen (Aspirin Free Anacin, Liquiprin, Panadol, Tylenol) might be helpful.

If your child is active and there are no other symptoms you can think it is a viral fever and does not need antibiotics or hospital checkup. Give paracetamol 4th hourly and observe her any other signs for 3 days. In the case there are any other trouble, immediately take her to a doctor.

Your child has infection which may need a different antibiotic and need blood and urine tests. Azithral can be given only if infection is proven.

When thermometer does not show temperature above 98.6 f, there is no fever. No mention of other complaints. If some health complaint you should show to a doctor or a child specialist for proper advice.

He has taken just 4 times of normal dose of paracetamol for this age. I don't think it may harm. Give him good quantity of water and keep watching for any abnormal activities. If so, consult pediatrician. Side effects shall pass away after 8 to 12 hours.
