eat fresh vegetables daily.

you should take carbohydrate,protein,sugar and fat content regularly.take 2 bananas with the milk in the early morning and eat rice in breakfast take atleast 4-5 chapatis in afternoon.drink plenty of fluids regularly.avoid drink water before meal.should eat some fruits and snacks in evening time.take proper dinner.eat well and do exercise regularly.massage on body with the help of almond and olive oil.

this is planter fascitis more troublesome in summer season treatment modalities are
1. Cold sponging- keep the foot/feet in to the cold water for 20 min till tolerance. 2. Dorsiflexion excercise of foot for 10 min. Twice daily.
3. Use of soft silicone heel for your shoes & other foot wears.
4. Never be stand on feet for long time.
5. If it doesn't work go to the orthopaedic surgeon for local site (heel) injection of steroid/pro.
