(It is not safe to use viagra regularly. Normal dose is 50 mg one hour before intercourse and the maximumis 100mg. for elderly people(>65years) 25 mg tablet should be taken. it should not be taken more than one tablet in 24 hours)

Hello lybrate-user ji. If you r diabetic and hypertension patient .that time you should take high fiber diet. Take low salt and low oil in your diet .walk is very important for you. Take plenty of fluids. Take plenty of fruits. Avoid sugars ,raw salt. If you want proper diet plan you should contact for near by dietitian.
