Yes you can apply this ointment at the entry of female genital area. But there are other options available like vagisil gel which can be applied over the male private and female private parts both, without decreasing the sexual pleasure.

Yes you can condom with lidocaine gel while having intercourse and it will not affect condom .A lubricating gel is good enough which is freely available online

She has what is called a reflux. Or backflow of acid, which happens in pregnancy. Try Gelusil or Mucaine gel for starters. Avoid spicy, oily foods. Let her not lie down after a meal.
