Hi, Apply P-Cool ointment before and after passing stools and take tab. Anuloma DS 1 tab at bedtime with a glass of hot water to get an easy bowel movement. Do sitz bath twice daily for 10-20 mins. Consume high fiber diet and drink plenty of water which helps to soften the stools.

Hello lybrate-user, if your diagnosis of anal fissure is confirmed and correct, then apply an ointment which contains nifdepin or diltiazem like escot or fidonal., with your finger, before and after passing stool. I thick your ointment (sucral ano) is not helpful for fissure. Also,to sit in warm steer (sitz bath) and taking plenty of water is helpful.

please eat in smaller portions while taking meal
sit up straight after eating
do plenty of physical activity you can try taking apple cider vinegar with 1 glass of water medication:- gas x 125 mg (don’t take more than 2 tablets per day)
digene tablets can also be used for instant relief.

Firstly we should rule out the cause of his high blood pressure and if he is having any odema in the legs or face than only we should think of a substitute for table salt or otherwise we should make him eat food without salt unless until proven otherwise and for the family who are asymptomatic we should be using a normal regular table salt
