You are supposed to be visiting your doctor periodically, regularly for monitoring tsh levels by blood test and making suitable fixing of dosage of thyronorm life long. There should be no problem.

Take oral antibiotic (augmentin duo 625 mg) daily two time. If this causes diarrhoea and pain abdomen, you can take probiotics (vizylac, enterogermina, prolactam, sporolac ). Painkillers (tab zerodol sp daily 2 times after meal) along with tab pan 40 before meal, if you have pain, fever, headache. Topical betadene ointment or tbact ointment along with cleaning with hydrogen peroxide solution. If no improvement occur, consult with your dermatologist.

Post operative wash with simple water is sufficient. At the most, you may add a small amount of antiseptic do not try other soln for this delicate structure.
