I cannot see any real need for the cream in a 6 year old and sucral ano cream is used to treat chronic anal fissures. This cream is known for providing quick and systematic relief from this condition. While patients can start feeling the numbing sensation of this cream almost immediately, it can take anywhere between 2 days to a week for rash or other visible symptoms of the problem to disappear.
