After taking Sitz bath you should gradually dilate anal passage by applying lidocaine 2% gel. Then massage Sushruta ointment in anal passage. After that you should also put 5 ml of Sushruta oil in anal passage twice daily. By doing this you will have about 50% relief in your pain. I feel sorry for your irritating experience. One will have severe itching due to mucous discharge due to improper closure of anal office. Please see a qualified surgeon get yourself examined and follow his advice. It may include surgery for piles. You are right when piles are not thrombosed or not strangulated you will not have pain.
