Hi Mr. lybrate-user, the medications you were prescribed are meant to control your symptoms. But the primary cause if any anorectal disease is mainly constipation followed by straining. So any thing you apply, problem may come back if you can't remove the causes. If the problem becomes too strong to interfere in your normal life style, then it is the time to ask about surgical options which will definitely give you long term and sustainable results. Take syp cremaffin two tsp at night and apply lidocaine ointment and if necessary get it operated and Avoid spicy food items and not to eat junk food and we also need to avoid peanuts and potatoes in our daily diet

Hello, thanks for the query.
Yes a person with hypothyroidism can use sucral syrup, however, ti should be used at least 2 to 3 hours after taking the thyroxine tablet as it can affect the absorption of levothyroxine. Thanks.
