My dear friend, try to avoid these items. Take capsule Pantaprozole or rabeprazole before food two times a day. Syrup antacid like zelocil etc 10 ml after food two times a day. Nothing to worry if endoscopy is normal. Take more water. Drink cold milk. Avoid night awakening. Try above medicine for 15 days. Do not drink citrus juices or milk. Increase fluids as tolerated. When you can tolerate clear liquids for several hours without vomiting and if you're hungry, try eating small amounts of bland foods. Try foods such as bananas, rice, applesauce, dry toast, soda crackers (these foods are called brat diet).

Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 2. Don't overeat 3. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. U can eat whatever your mother or grandparent eat in bfast. I mean to say whatever is your traditional food. If punjabi eat paratha, if belongs to south then take idli/ dosa etc....more

you are over weight, with bmi 27.81kg/m2, this is one of the reasons for improper control of blood sugar. But still 183 mg/100 ml, is not that bad. If you are really serious on reducing weight then exercising is a must. How to take out time is your decision. One way is to have a tread mill machine at home and exercise. Please let me know the hba1c%, which gives an idea about long term sugar control.
