You need not worry because it was sterile water, however, I would suggest you observe your daughter for the following symptoms in 24 hours:
1. Diarrhea
2. Vomiting
3. Stomach pain with severe Gas
4.Body pains
5. Decreased appetite severely

Not an issue, it's a viral infection, give anti allergic drops like T minic and anti cough drops like mucolite, also use some saline nasal drops, slightly massage the Base of nose.

Mr. Lybrate-user, you can drink water minimum 1/2 hr after food (before the food also. Same) which then will help for better digestion. Drinkobg immediately after food dilutes the gastric juices. So not good.
Water could b either normal r luke, but not cold.

Most common cause is having a spectacles power. Just get it checked with nearest eye care specialist
take frequent breaks while studying and dip a handkerchief in cold water and keep it over closed eyes for 2 minutes during breaks, you will feel better.

Hi lybrate-user our old ancient ayurved time people do follow this rule of cold & hot water. They believe if we are suffering from cold we should avoid cold water as it can cause more cough but as per today science it has no co-relation as it totally depends on our body & even climatic temperature around what your body ask for.
