please understand your panic disorder well. Stalopam lite needs to be taken for months. Can not be stopped so soon. Please consult your doctor about your disturbance before increasing the dose.
You can also add cognitive therapy of knowing the situation of panic attacks, equating your symptoms to grave disease or death etc. For example you have to question whether heart beating is equal to heart attack and death.

Your doctor would have weighed the benefit vs safety before prescribing Stalopam 5.
It is safe for you to take stalopam 5. It is the lowest dose.
Probably the doctor would have felt that you are worrying too much about the reports.
Are you planning pregnancy or is there a possibility of pregnancy? Then don't take Stalopam 5 and go in for therapy for your worries.
