Sporidex 500 MG Capsule Health Feed

Asked for female, 33 years old from Kolkata

Hello Dr, I had severe toothache in upper five number tooth. Doctor had advised scaling and sporidex af 750 and a hifenac p for five days. Today I got the scaling done, now he told that rct can be performed on the tooth, but there is high chance that it can break as the condition of the tooth not good (some blueish spot is there). Other option is extraction. Which option should I opt. I am fear that extraction means a permanent loss. I am only 30 years old lady. Moreover, I am suffering with plaque and tooth decay since young age only. I brush twice on a regular basis. Then why such happens with me. Please advice.

A second opinion may help you if the post and core procedure along with RCT is faesible in your case. An xray is required to suggest further. See if you can get an xray done.

I am 32 years old male. I had been having some itching and slight pain in belly button for couple of days. Then I saw discharge coming out a few times. Sometimes just white in colour, sometimes mixed with little blood. I saw a doctor who said it is an infection and an abscess. He had prescribed 3 tablets - Sporidex AF 750, Enzoflam, Omez 10. I have completed the course of 7 days but I still have the symptoms and get discharge often. As I am traveling I cannot see same doctor now. Please suggest if the tablets are right and needs to be continued further. Or what else can be done? Will adding salt water to belly button help to heal this? Regards, Sunil.

I have ear wetness issue since last six seven years. I have visited ent doctor last year who has told me that my drum shape is naturally built in a way that water come from sinus drip in ear. She has cleaned my ear with vacuum and gave me medicine for two weeks. I got well after that. From last two weeks I felt wetness and water dripping from my ear and I normally cleaned it from front with bud or cotton. But I am feeling heavy earache from front and that has effected my entire right side of face. For now I was told to take sporidex cap and combiflam twice a day which I have taken one day. But I want to consult with ent. When I lay down on right side I feel water is coming out but there is nothing or may be that swelling on front stopped.

There is no normal condition in which water just drips from the ear unless you have put water from outside. If there is water flowing out it could be some problem. I will need more discription and history from you to discuss the problem further and to come to diagnosis, so that I could advise any treatment.

My name is khushal and i'm 29 year old. I been suffering from nasal blockage problem (lots of mucus discharge from my nose and discharge mostly is thicker milkish white and its too thick and I can see my nose from inside and seen blockage my be due to inflammation or polyp. Right side of nose totally blocked). I have consulted with the allopathic treatment 2 year back and doctor asked me for a nasal surgery but I didn't want to go for surgery. Allopathic medicine I had taken till date which have me relief - cefalexin 500 mg bd - general cold medicine bd - methylprednisolone 4 mg bd these medicines gives me relief and when I stop taking then problem start occurring again. Now currently undergoing few homeopathy treatment but didn't get relief. Medicine taken till date mixture of:- lemna minor - teucrium - sanguinaria c - kali bichromicum - amm carb - hydrastis please provide best course. I'm fed up with the problem. Sir I am 44 and I am suffering a un-known disease from a long time but all test are -ve. When it start at that time start with COUGH, after 2-3 month it convert HEAVY ITCHING on genital genital area with one potty type area near bottom of penail root. And small ghamori type other area cough is contonou. Itching is disappear after some time at that time I have taken oxytetracycline which is not effect any type. After 5-6 month again itching but not heavy like firt time. And automatic disappear after one week. After a long time again itching come back but not like as second time and automatic within one week. This is work as a slow poison but all test are -ve. I have used medicine like seftraxin, amikacin, gentamicin, they are not effect. But sporidex is effect properly but after 5 to 6 days used pain in urine. One Dr. treat it properly with 4-5 inj use level up to 6-7 ml combine with one inj. After with one test inj Symptoms- Urine smell, pet kharab, cough, body feel like hot/little fever, leg and hand are thin in comparison to center part of body, overall feel weak.

My son 11 years old has bilateral hydro utero nephrosis (moderate dilation of pelivcalceal system and ureter is noted with mild urothelial thickening) and also has cystitis, with bladder wall thickening of 5.6 mm. He spotted blood drops at the end of urination. Bun/creatinine normal. Doctor gave antibiotic and all bacterial and uti symptoms are cleared, took mcug and report is normal. He also has constipation, both usg and ct reported fecal loaded large bowel loops. He is on continuous anti-biotic bactrim at night, suggested to do usg after 4 weeks. He had gross hematuria 2 years ago, that got cleared after 8 days course of sporidex and citralka. Now, my doubts are: 1) why he is getting repeated uti? 2) can anti-biotic alone cure hydro-utero nephrosis? Don't know if hydro nephrosis is due to current cystitis or previous uti 2 years ago. 3) is this treatable or not. Very much worried.

1) most common cause of repeated uti is a bad valve but mcug has ruled that out the next common cause could be residual infections and also ureteric stones and strictures predisposes to urinary tract infection.
