Hello sporidex is an antibiotic and it has absolutely no role in piles. It may be taken if there is local infection which is very unlikely.
Most of the bleeding piles needs surgery but you cannot lable any bleeding as piles and it's better to get yourself examined from a surgeon specialist or a proctosurgeon. Regarding relief in symptoms and bleeding you can try following things till you get yourself examined.

Well depends it is an antibiotic and if your baby has abdominal infection causing diarrhea, vomiting and dehydration your kid doctor might have prescribed such meds. Usually most of the time abdominal infections of such kind are viral in nature formal which no antibiotics are needed.

If your doctor has prescribed those medicines and you r under regular follow up. Then he would have done so with a very strong reason, I think you should have faith in your doctor's clinical judgement and go ahead with the treatment. Or perhaps have a good discussion with the doctor about the health of your child, i'm sure your doctor will be glad to resolve your worries.

Hello lybrate-user.
Firstly, my best wishes for you and your child. May you be blessed always.
For anal fissure, the treatment mostly involves using laxative syrup (duphalac), local ointment/ cream (fidonal/ anometrogyl), sitz bath and analgesics sos. You can certainly take proper appointment for detailed treatment plan.

Hi vur may require regular routine and culture of urine in case of fever. And phexin prophylaxis may have to used for 6-12 months. However it is unlikely to subside my medical management. You may ask your urologist for botulin toxin or directly go for surgical approach. Post surgery if there is no fever / uti for a year unlikely that kidney may have any residual underperformance.
