Normal ecg doesn't rule out heart disease. Real test is coronary angiography. I strongly feel that there is coronary ischemia. Please see a good cardiologist, get admitted, get checked thoroughly. Always take heart complaints very seriously, we which you are doing. Now take it to logical end.

Dear Lybrateuser, - Yes, sorbitrate can be taken regularly when prescribed by a cardiologist
- taking sorbitrate can lead to tolerance over a period of time, the dose has to keep increasing to be effective
- both sorbitrate & monotrate are blood vessel dilators however there molecular constitution is different.

Hello-
Vigra/sidenafil citrate is inadvisable in patients with unstable angina pectoris. The co-administration of Viagra with organic nitrates, for example, glyceryl trinitrate or isosorbide dinitrate, is unsafe. The relative contraindications to Viagra in cardiovascular disease are uncontrolled hypertension and impaired cardiac reserve.
