Hi Lybrate User,
you can follow a proper diet plan and intake some ayurvedic medicines for increase calcium.
Diet:-
use milk, curd, paneer, leafy vegetables, orange, nibu, ragi floor, maze etc.
Avoid heavy food, fast food, junk food, khowa, refined oils, saturated fats items.
Follow diet schedule (gap between two meals) for proper digestion.
Medicine:-
lakshadi guggulu 2 tab bid
gerlife-m 2 tab bid
with milk -- 7 am & 5 pm
jvn-7 2 tab bid

Any food with a lot of carbs, has to be taken in a small quantity. In fact most of the foods that we eat contain a lot of carbs.
