Hello
the above medications in the dosages are usually considered safe if you do not have any pre existing medical conditions especially heart diseases, diabetes etc. You can get an ecg done if not previously and show it to your doctor if its normal or not. But if you are feeling better then you can continue using it and if any problem arises you should consult with your treating psychiatrist or doctor immediately.

Etizola lite has escitalopram also. You can request your doctor to prescribe them separately so that you can avoid escital...more

Get in touch with your psychiatrist. Also for generalised anxiety disorder I would suggest you begin by making some lifestyle changes too. Start relaxation ecercises and mindfulness training activities. Cognitive behavior therapy is also very efficient in treating gad. Get in touch with a psychologist near you or online.

Hello, thanks for the query. If taken under proper medical supervision & for proper indication, escitalopram is a very good medication to relive depression & various anxiety disorders. May I know who prescribed you escitalopram & in what dose? what were your problems for which you were advised to take tablet escitalopram; so that I can help you better. Good luck.
