- have more of warm fluids including water, tea, coffee, soup, avoid all cold fluids and refrigerated foods
- do warm salt water gargles three times a day
- mix a tablespoon of honey in a glass of warm water & have it on rising in the morning
- take throat lozenges three times a day
- avoid fried, spicy, sour & junk foods
- take pain relief tablet after meals if you have pain on swallowing
- get checked by a local doctor if not much improvement in 2...more
