Dear Aishwarya,
You can stop taking medicines and let some family member know it. Let that member watch you for early warning signs of relapse. Restart the tablets before you become un co operative and consult the doctor.
Discuss with the family whether this is the best time to stop medicines. Relapse may come after many weeks of stopping, not necessarily immediately.
Start dieting and exercise to reduce your weight.

Dear Lybrate-User,
if the diagnosis is schizophrenia, the medication will be, most probably, life long. The tablets you are taking are not sedating. Your 11-12 hours sleep may be due to no work to do, not taking up the responsibilities, lazing in bed by habit, not finding pleasure in activity, etc. You need to undergo psychosocial rehabilitation without stopping these tablets.
