You should try non pharmacological methods- yoga, pranayam, meditation and psychological therapies like cbt, along with medications and then reduce the medicines as per your doctor's advice.

They are actually cardio selective and may not work, better take a safe low dose transient release Benzo before the performance along with Propranolol. Good luck.
