See , you have no problem of enlarged skull. Just stop thinking about it. Concentrate on your work and forget all the rubbish people r saying. Why to waste money and time on getting medicines from doctors when you have no problem. Jut relax as the medicines you r taking will lead you nowhere.

Never attempt to take medicines on your own. I feel the psychiatrist whom you have contacted might have advised some physical activity. Please follow them. Still if you don't get relief then you can consult.

In the beginning you may experience some milder form of side effects like dry mouth, constipation etc. Until you become well-adjusted. A few major side effects may occur to 3.9% of the population according to a study, only after continuous use of the drug for many years. Your psychiatrist knows when to reduce the doses or stop it. For removing negative thoughts I can tell you some natural ways to overcome from it .please try and consult some other psychologist/Counsellor of your near by area for face to face consultation which is very much mandatory.
Too much of stress and anxiety leads to panic attacks. Thoughts always come to our mind be it positive or negative. Whenever you get a negative thought, try to divert your mind by taking a short walk or at least going away from the current situation. ...more

Hello. Amisulpiride is an antipsychotic drug and not to be used as anti anxiety medicine. It is good that she has stopped it already. If the anxiety is overwhelming then she can be prescribed some pregnancy-safe anxiolytic medicines else she should try relaxation exercises. I would recommend that you get her assessed by a mental health professional for "mood swing" before asking for management. Best luck
