Definitely you can. Just remember that you have only two things to avoid. One is constipation and the other is straining. For constipation, take at least 2 litres of water life long. Fruits and vagies. Avoid only those food which causes constipation to you. The rest you can take at your will. For straining, regularise the timing of defecation to daily, at the same time always.

You have anal poly and a fissure and these are lubricating medicines whcih will help the infection present there and reduce the pain. You need not be scared and this is common and is curable.

If piles are troublesome then you should get operated. Thyroid should not be a problem for the same. Please get examined by a general/GI Surgeon for confirmation of diagnosis and further treatment.

A change in diet can help keep the stools regular and soft.
Eat more fiber, such as fruit and vegetables like carrot, cucumber, sprouts, and switching your cereal breakfast to bran. Water is the best drink, so increase water consumption. Take 2-3 litres per day
And avoid caffeine. Taking fibrous diet will reduce the incidence and severity of constipation. Include ¼ Papaya in your diet daily.
