Your baby is suffering from constipation here thay need treatment for at least three month. And duration of teatment may be prolonged. Hi lybrate-user, as you have said that the operation was done one month back, there should not be any wound where you can apply the ointment. Hot sits bath with betadine liquid in it - once or twice daily should be sufficient for you at this stage. Swelling with pain in perianal region is suggestive of perianal abscess (not piles ). And if blood is also coming, this can be due to fistula formation. Nothing much can be commented without examination. I suggest you to continue the medication and get a surgical opinion. Take plenty of fluids orally and high fibre diet even you can take syp cremaffin 3 to 6 tsf hs daily to keep your stool soft, use ointment lox anally before defecation and ointment nitrogesic anally qid for 6months. Or you can go for surgery and LIS to be done.

It may be due to piles or fissure,take papaya,,take boiled ladies finger before ur breakfast,,take fruits,nuts daily,u need proper homoeopathic treatment if u wants to cure this problem permanently,,
