Kindly change the oinment to something which is having nifedepin in it eg. Escot. Anotelief.cremagel. Etc. Also hot sitz bath with betadine in it, twice daily will help.

Hello,

the ointment (smuth)you are using is for piles . you may change it to Anorelief or EScot,to be applied with your finger twice daily .
For headache, it should subside if you take plenty of water and fruits.

Hello, First of all both daflon and smuth have almost same components so better to take only one of them twice a day for two weeks. You can add stool softeners like softovac granules bedtime and do sitz baths with warm water thrice a day. Regarding pain, piles are usually painless unless complicated.
