Sinarest Tablet is an antihistamine in combination with CNS stimulant, NSAID. This medication is used for relieving symptoms of sinus pressure, sinus congestion, runny nose, itching of the throat and nose, watery eyes, and sneezing due to upper respiratory infections, hay fever and allergies.

It stimulates alertness and relieves pain. Sinarest Tablet alters the rate of metabolism in the body by stimulating the central nervous system. This drug helps in deactivating the adenosine receptors to affect an increase in energy in the body. It may also be used as a diuretic.

This drug must not be used indiscriminately. The use of Sinarest Tablet poses the risk of addiction. It may also affect fertility in women and increase the risk of heart attacks. It may have considerable effects on the symptoms of menopause.

Side effects of using Sinarest Tablet range from interference in calcium absorption in the body, increase in blood pressure, restlessness, shakiness, headaches, dizziness, insomnia, abnormal heart rhythm, anxiety, and dehydration.

This medication is a combination of Paracetamol Phenylephrine, Chlorpheniramine and Caffeine. Paracetamol works as a pain relief medication that selectively inhibits enzyme function in the brain which allows it to treat pain and fever. Phenylephrine is an alpha-1 adrenergic receptor agonist acts by reducing the ear and nose blood vessels swelling, thus provides relief from the discomfort.
