The normal range for blood sodium levels is 135 to 145 (mEq/L)

The normal potassium level in the blood is 3.5-5.0 (mEq/L)

so her sodium and potassium is in normal range

Get following test done and review with reports

1. CBC

2. S calcium

3. S. B12

4.Fasting Blood sugar

5. TSH

4 hours gap between the two drugs is enough. You can use 100 mg. Check whether there is hydrochlorothiazide in your bp drugs. For using viagra--you should not use nitrate group of drugs; you should be able to do treadmill up to 6 mets. Inform the doctor treating you, if you had viagra 24 hours earlier.

These values of TSH and T4 imply that her thyroid is functioning less than normal. Therefore she has to be given thyroid hormone medication from outside to bring TSH within normal limits and to bring relief to her symptoms if any. Please note that increasing iodine or chloride will not help in her case. She will have to take thyroid medication for sure. Hope this helps.

If you are taking any diuretics for BP control stop that. If you are on low salt diet please take normal salt diet and can take salt sprinkled on salad and fruits.

ciplar is good for controlling heart rate.. but for blood pressure it's weak agent ...so many other options are there ... and need not to be treated with ciplar.. you are young and need to do few investigation.. why at such young age high blood pressure problem... take care

I can understand your situation. Its wrong to use tramadol HCL for such a long duration. You have to undergo detoxification under some experienced psychiatrist of this field. Only after detoxification we can decide whether you should put on drug free condition, antagonist or agonist maintenance. So do consult.
