Hello Mr. lybrate-user.
Steroid are extremely dangerous medicines and should not be taken without prescription, whether by mouth or applied on skin. It will thin your skin and make it sensitive, especially this steroid is a 'superpotent' steroid, so more damage.
Best wishes.

In fungal infection (tinea) amorolfine and luliconazole both are effective but luliconazole is somewhat better .use twice daily for 4 to 6 wks. Keep the area dry and clean. If more area is involved then you wil also need oral antifungal like capsule itraconazole (after proper examination and diagnosis. Thanks.

First of all you apply dual gel on the affected area at night only along with doxt sl capsule after meal at night. After a good face wash, apply this gel at night and wash your face again in the morning. Run them for 15 days. Hopefully you will get good results, even if you don't get any results, you can definitely take online treatment with us. Complete cure is possible with proper treatment. Thanks!
