or the follicle may be a cyst. So your doctor had told to repeat the scan for this reason. anyway you have tried.But as you are 36 yrs, meet a fertility doctor and do iui treatment.
To increase your chances. Age is the determining factor. Next time injections along with letroz should be given for ovulation

Silofast (Silodosin) is an alpha adrenergic receptor blocker medication, used to treat the Lower Urinary Tract Symptoms of Prostate enlargement.It is also used in the medical management of small lower ureteric or uretero-vesical junction stones. There is no indication for the medicine for kidney stones.
Please advise her to drink plenty of oral fluids.

Silofast contains silodosin which is a alpha blocker. This may help in spontaneous expulsion of lower ureteric stone but it should be only taken with the advice of qualified urologist. But it never dissolves the stone.
