I am male aged 68 years. Coronary artery disease patient taking rosuvastatin 20, clopidogrel 76 mg, diabetes taking glycomet gp 0.5 mg and glycomet 500 for prostate gland taking silotime d8. Thinking on these get to anxiety taking clonazepam 0.25 sos, serta 50 mg morning. Symptoms are mouth open breathing, mild palpitations and bloated stomach.

Coronary artery disease (cad) in a diabetic patient definitely need to be followed meticulously. Rosuvas and clopidogrel is rightly prescribed.
I am sure your diabetic medicines are also able to keep your sugar control.
Wanna ask you how was your coronary artery disease diagnosed?(any past history of heart attack/angiogram/stents)

Recent psa test done on 20th november the value is 1.40 urination during the day before bedtime is 10 to 12 times and night normally 1 time sometimes twice. Yes it's ok if he is doing well please get 1. Uroflowmetry +pvr 2. Collect biopsy report of turp operation 3. What was the pre operation psa?
Continue silofast d 8 once a day.

I had problem of frequent and difficult urination. I got an u/s in feb-18 in which my prostate was 53gm and post void 17 cc. I was put on urimax-d .my problem reduced considerably. I again had an u/s in feb 2019 in which the prostate was 26 gms and post void 15 cc, my medication was changed to rapilif-8, gradually the problem started increasing I again had an ultra sound on 30aug 19 in which the prostate came to 43gms and post void 30 cc, with remark of moderately enlarged prostate with significant pvru. My kft and sugar levels are normal. I am also taking starpress xl 50 od olmat-20 bd and lonazep 1 mg od. I wanted to know whether to continue with rapilif-8 or go back to urimax-d.

Urimax d contains dutasteride (5 alfa reductase inhibitor) which prevents activation of testosterone in your body and hence results in shrinking of prostate, you can restart urimax d, in the long term the only side effect of urimax d is low libido (reduced sex drive)

Just after the surgery, his condition became worst and he is suffering from urine retention as well passing urine in drops (he has also high psa) he has been taking silodal d-8 from the last 2 years, and recently we have changed it to urimax .4 mg. But still, he is passing urine in drops, my question is which is better silodal 8 mg or urimax 0.4 mg.

Post turp he should have good flow passing urine n drops means there is some problem
consult your operating urologist taking urimax or silodal will not help.

Dear , your doctor has prescribed the drug so he must have investigated you with urine usg (kub) please post them here. But at the same time make sure you are not constipated and do not have fissure. It seems you have bladder outflow obstruction.
