If there's no hematuria you can wait. Get repeat USG abdomen after 3 months and see if size of polyp is increased. Just keep in mind any time hematuria he needs cystoscopy.

Continue same medicine for as long as he feels comfortable with medicine. Repeat USG abdomen after 3-6 months. If size of the polyp increases then he needs a cystoscopy.
