To reduce belly fat you need to be particular about food choices & timings. Eat small & frequent meals. Include high fiber foods in your diet such as whole cereals & whole pulses. Drink plenty of water. Avoid refined foods from your diet such as maida, pasta. Keep check on your food intake.

Carrot juice is very effective in reducing fat from your body.
•Take one or two fresh carrots and peel off its outer skin.
•Now put the carrots in a juice blender and extract its juice.

First you should follow low calories food for weight loss.
* in morning, take 1-2 chapattis with a bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of lemon water with it
*in lunch you can take a bowl of raw vegetables like carrot, radish, tomatoes, turnip or beetroot.

I am a student. I have lot of fat still I play then also it does not reduce so how can I reduce fat.
Losing weight suddenly will only cause increase in wt later. You have to make effort to lose wt gradually over a period of time. This reduction will be more permanent.
