lybrate-userji, Thanks for the query.
I have seen the details given and drugs being taken. Since you have diabetes, probably neuropathic pain and high BP as well as dyslipidemia, all these drugs are needed. However, there is no mention of the benefits if any because of taking all these drugs. You have not said whether, blood glucose levels are well controlled, (FBG< PP & HbA1c%), not mentioned BP readings and lipid levels. So very difficult to comment anything. To be free from most of the tr...more

A back brace or corset can provide excellent relief for most sciatica sufferers. Those who gain the most benefit are those who find their pain eases when they wrap/bind a towel or sheet (folded-lengthwise) tightly around their stomach and back. If this simple test eases your pain, you should use a back brace in the short-term. Back braces and strong deep core muscles help to avoid a recurrence in the future.

Hello, thanks for the query.
I have seen the details mentioned. Please understand that diabetic neuropathy is a long term complication of diabetes. Therefore, unless blood glucose are in strict control, just taking other medications will not give necessary benefits. You can try and cut down the dosage or can look at stopping one of the medications. But more importantly strict blood glucose control with fbg closer to 100 mg, pp 150 170 mg & hba1c% < 7%, is an essential aspect of the treatment...more

Erectile dysfunction affects older men more than younger men. About 1% of men in their 40s, 17% of men in their 60s, and nearly 50% of men 75 or older aren't able to achieve an erection sufficient for intercourse.
Sometimes erectile dysfunction develops gradually. One night it may take longer or require more stimulation to get an erection. Another time, an erection may not be as firm as usual, or it may end before orgasm. When such difficulties occur regularly, it's time to talk to a doctor....more
