Serta is a medicine and can be used safely during breast feeding. As far as Lopez is concerned, we need to weigh the risks and benefit. It is secreted in breast milk and can cause drowsiness in baby, so if you do need to take it try to discuss this with your psychiatrist and take the minimum possible dose. Also you can consider breastfeeding feeding just before taking the medication so that it is secreted in minimal amount in your breast milk.

This medicine is useful for anxiety related problems. If you want to build up your body so start eating healthy food. Avoid all types of junk food like cold-drinks, pizza, burgers etc. A healthy diet is very important for your body growth.

It may be a side effect of Sertraline. Jitteriness or headaches are common side effects. Maybe you should try reducing the dose to 75mg and see. If no change in symptoms then better to change the medication.

Serta used in Depression, Anxiety disorder, OCD, Post schizophrenic depression.
Amigold used in low doses for Depression, Severe OCD.
