Since you have to attend to your work at office, powerful tranquilizers can not be given in the mornings. Most of OCD and Depression symptoms worsen in the mornings.

Clonotril is a benzodiazeine. It has addictive potential. Talk to your doctor to wean off clonotril and try on something else which is non-addictive.

CBT and medications would surely would help. But daxid is not a first choice anxiolytic. Discuss with your psychiatrist or get a 2nd opinion. All the best.

Consult your psychiatrist and take minimum effective dose and least number of medications with which you can manage symptoms, (this differs from each individual). Consult a psychiatrist and go to a single medicine, you are taking three medicine of the same group. It would be wise to take single medicine and then plan for pregnancy, knowing the risk benefit ratio. All the best.

Daxid in very high dose, kindly get a 2nd opinion from another psychiatrist and follow for 6 months at least, you might feel better as the current group of medications has none to augment depressive symptoms. All the best.
