Better to avoid taking quitipin in the morning. Usually it takes 4 weeks, if there is no response consult psychiatrist again he can change sertraline to some other antidepressant or increase dosage of it.

Sertraline is fda classification c drug ,it should be given during pregnancy if it's clearly indicated and it's benefits outweigh it's risk according to studies there is very little chance that it will cause any defects in the fetus. You should not stop sertraline abruptly as it will cause withdrawal symptoms, consult your doctor and follow his advice.

If your diagnosis is correct (bipolar disorder) than you should review your treatment once again.
You are taking too much antidepressant if serlift is at 300 mg dose.
You should mention history of manic and depressive episode and inter episodic recovery. If you are taking sertraline then paxidep is not required.
Kindly review your medicine.

If these medicines are not helpful try any other Dr. But you should take medicine only for sometime, with medicine you need counseling as well so that you would be able to taper your medicines after sometime and learn how to manage or control your thoughts on your own. All I need is a complete case history of yours and want to guide you about your thoughts and worries so that without medicines...more
