what is the severity of ocd? If you can manage without daxid for first 11-12 weeks, it will be better. If you think that your ocd will affect your child, it is better to continue along with folic acid 5 mg daily. Please do an u/s scan for abnormality at 11th week. All the best.

Daxid is sertraline which is an antidepressant which increases the serotonin uptake in neurons of brain. It is usually prescribed for depression or anxiety symptoms primarily. Now in sleep apnea it can be prescribed for the secondary mood symptoms of the disorder but if it is prescribed only for sleep apnea symptoms then it's not a rational prescription.

Though sertraline, the drug you r taking, has a risk of sexual dysfunction in some patients, it is not as common as you think and you need not worry about it as if it happens, it is not irreversible. is ur panic controlled, if so feel happy. daxid is not first drug of choice, if it s not controlled or u have side effects, discuss with him or get a second opinion

Daxid is an antidepressant. You should take only if a Dr. Has prescribed. If you are taking on your own, please stop, as you may not be taking for right reasons and in right dosage. If you are having a feeling of continuous sadness, then you should try natural methods first. Do 30 mins exercise daily and eat more natural foos like fruits, green veggies, nuts & coconut water. You will feel better.
