If your diagnosis is correct (bipolar disorder) than you should review your treatment once again.
You are taking too much antidepressant if serlift is at 300 mg dose.
You should mention history of manic and depressive episode and inter episodic recovery. If you are taking sertraline then paxidep is not required.
Kindly review your medicine.

The question that you seem to ask seems to be one that needs to be answered with a bit more information. Nexito forte can be optimized before starting any other medication. If you have any questions further you can contact us.
Look forward to hearing from you. If you need hel...more

Dear Himayush,
These drugs can cause erectile dysfunction. It is one of the side effects. You are only 21 yrs old. You may be single. Why don't you manage your OCD better with these drugs. Once drugs are stopped, your erection will be normal. It is reversible.

Hello Lybrate User, usually once you get near normal improvement with medicines the same should continue for 3-6 months for further stabilization and then gradually tapered and stopped. You should follow tapering of medicines under guidance of your treating psychiatrist. Please dont stop medicine suddenly as it may lead to relapse of symptoms.
