Asthalin is safe in most of the conditions, but if your need for asthalin is thrice daily for longer duration, then you need to take a proper consultation with a chest physician, who will in turn diagnose severity of your asthma and tailor treatment accordingly. Such long term use of asthalin without any other medication is going to worsen your condition.

During normal relaxed breathing, your stomach will gently move up and down as you breath in and out. This is due to the fact that the diaphragm presses down on contents of your stomach during inspiration causing it to bulge out.

Drink plenty of warm fluids. Drinking warm fluids helps to loosen the secretions in your sinuses so that your mucus flows more freely, making you feel better faster.
Studies show that drinking warm fluids relieves cold symptoms such as runny nose, cough, sneezing, sore throat, and fatigue.
