However, aprt from mentioning presence of leukcocyte esterase in urine, there are no relavant details like Fasting, PP glucose levels, HbA1c%, TSH levels, BP readings, height, extent of daily exercise, presence of any symptoms related to infection and lipid profile. Enlarged inferior turbinates are one of the causes for blocking of the nose. A steroid nasal spray helps to a certain extent but the mechanical problem has to be rectified.
