Dear Mr. lybrate-user,
ideally you should be asking the question to your doctor who prescribed the treatment. Polyps commonly occur in the nose and are treated with low dose steroid nasal spray (fluticasone) usually for 3- 4 months or longer based on individual patient response. The inhaler is used for treating breathing difficulties in the lungs such as in asthma, copd, etc. Since it is not clear from the information you provided whether you have only polyps or there is lung disease as well...more

It requires regular monitoring by your doctor so that the treatment can be given according to the current status (let the doctor evaluate the health status, and take the help of investigations) and give appropriate advice. You can also add Homeopathy which is safe and can be taken with other medicines. It can help boost the immune system and help overall well-being. You can contact me for a detailed consultation.

Dear Lybrate user, it seems you have been prescribed Nasal Spray, Accuhaler And Nebuliser by different doctors for your Asthma / Allergy problem, over a long period of time.
Maybe the doses of your medicine need adjustment or change.
It would be better if you could get a CBC Test and Chest Xray and use this platform for consultation with Pulmonologist.
Wishing you speedy recovery.
