Healing generally takes 3 weeks. If there Iss swelling, then use Diclo and serratiopeptidase combination. Augmentin is good and proven product.
You can use another antibiotics which are exclusively used in SSTI. Please do share pics of your injury.

Mostly it is due to Constipation, if you are having constipation then it is to be cleansed and regularize. May take Amla powder 5 gm twice with warm water. Take light diet; if not relieved within 4-5 days, then you need 2-3 medicines for 4-6 weeks, if interested pay fees with Lybrate.

You must be having a recurrent disc prolapse sec to over weight .For a person having 5.1 feet, a weight of 103 kg is high. I would suggest
1 For time being g take anti inflammatory and serratiopeptidase tablets
2 Use a lumbosacral corset custom made
3 Join a back school programme to prevent recurrence.

Hello thanks for reaching out. Zerodol sp helps in reducing pain and swelling both. If advised not to take by a physician, you could give her paracetamol 650 mg for pain and an anti-inflammatory like serratiopeptidase for the swelling. Cryotherapy, bracing, rest and guided rehab can help her immensely.
Feel at liberty to contact for a detailed consutation regarding her problems.
