Hello, Thanks for the query.
From what you have written, it not clear what you are referring to at all. Please write what is the TSH level now or very recent and what is the dose of Thyroxine being taken. What you have stated is absolutely confusing. There is no mention of TSH any whereor the actual dose of the drug. Thanks.

Most likely you are having post traumatic epilepsy. Based on the ct/ mri brain and eeg reports usually neurologist will plan the treatment. As you are mentioning some "little convulsions" which have to be discussed in detail with neurologist and treatment will be planned accordingly.

Encorate is known to cause weight gain and pcod. The dose can be adjusted or the medication can be changed in consultation with a neurologist. But this depends on the seizure control. Please feel free to contact for further evaluation.

As u mentioned the first episode being at the time of your grandmothers death. It was a stressful event. Similarly if there occur any such stressors in future then you may have a relapse again if you cannot cope with that stress. ...more

Hi... The seizure will remain absent till you take the medicine... But there are no guarantees that it will not come after 3 years... So if you want to wait till then you may wait...
Or
You may consult for homoeopathic treatment... There are chances that it will be cured if taken as advised and also it has no side effects like you are having now.
