Too much protein in your blood can be a sign of chronic infection or inflammation (like HIV/AIDS or viral hepatitis). ... It can also point to kidney disease or cirrhosis, which is inflammation and scarring of the liver. In some cases, a low A/G ratio can be a sign of a tumour in your bone marrow.
The details need to be tested and discussed to coment on your query

The ratio is decreased according to this value
this can be due to decreased urea or increased creatinine level
for this to correlate, other parameters of renal and liver function tests should be considered cause can be due to kidney damage or liver injury.

A high BUN value may be caused by a high-protein diet, Addison's disease, tissue damage (such as from severe burns), or from bleeding in the gastrointestinal tract. High BUN-to-creatinine ratios occur with sudden (acute) kidney problems, which may be caused by shock or severe dehydration.
