your blood sugar both fasting n pp are high. U need to consult your treating physician for a change in medicine or dosage. Along with medicines follow diabetes diet which simply means eating the healthiest foods in moderate amounts and sticking to regular mealtimes. A diabetes diet is a healthy-eating plan that's naturally rich in nutrients and low in fat and calories. Key elements are fruits, vegetables and whole grains.

2. Take bath with little warm water 3. Do steam inhalation regularly at least once a day
4. Warm salt water gargles daily 5 no cold water / cold drinks / ice creams and so on
6. No smoking/ avoid pollution 7. Wash hands after use of bath room and before and after eating food.

hba1c u've entered is incorrect-its never 2.3. Every medication has some side effects inherent in it. What is more damaging is the fluctuating and high b. Sugar levels. Your controlling that levels should be utmost priority. And its not yet controlled. Further clarification needed.
