You just follow doctor stop betnesol I am reffer medicine you should better to take (1.) augmentium 625 mg -6 morning night (after food)(2.) levocet - night once (3).syp grilinctus 2 teaspoon 3 times and avoid cold water (4) betadine mouth gargaling 3 times.

Swelling can be an abscess which is likely due to bacterial cause. You need to use antibiotic if so in proper course. If it is recurring can be a lymph node enlargement due to other cause. Better you go for ultrasound soft tissue examination and rule out the cause. Please don't neglect.
