For dandruff pl wash your scalp with Cetavelon 20% hairwash for three days and then use Fullers earth on scalp for few days (twice or thrice in a week). Use Karanj oil massage on head once a week thereafter. For blocked nose pl use mixture of ANU TEL and SHADBINDU TEL. Warm a bit. Put 2-3 drops in each nostril every morning. Hello, dandruff causes hair loss so its necessary to treat dandruff first.
Take thuja 200, 5 drops in the morning, once in a week.
Take arnica q and cochleria arom. Q in equal amount, mix with equal amount of coconut oil, and apply this on your scalp, thrice a day.
Wash your hair with b&t anti- dandruff shampoo.
Revert me after 1 month.

Hair fall/loss can be due to variety of causes. However, many of them can be controlled and dealt with. Most common cause is nutrient deficiency which can be rectified my oral medications and supplements. There are medicines available for local application which are also known to give significant results. Treatments like mesotherapy, microneedling and PRP show significant long term effects.
