By your history it appears that your rectal problem started after getting treated for urinary tract infection, for some the antibiotics you have used can cause enterocollitis due to destruction of healthy bacteria in the gut, as a result you may have the symptoms as noted by you. My suggestion is to take plenty of yogurt/butter milk, and take probiotics for a week, hopefully you will be alright. Failure to improve you need to consult gastroenterologist.
